Two choices of gluten free cupcakes. Chocolate and vanilla and then each of those has two choices of frosting...chocolate and vanilla. They kept my order separate from my husband’s regular cupcakes. The chocolate was definitely the better of the two cakes. It was lighter and fluffier.

This place has a white velvet and black velvet cupcake that is out of this world. They are GF AND vegan, for those of us that can’t do eggs and they are incredible. I highly recommend the white with white frosting and the chocolate with white frosting. Those combos worked better for us, but they are all tasty. They are super helpful in the store and never had any issues with cross-contamination.

Very good vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting, but they only had the one choice. They sold out of the others, but it was yummy!

They have vanilla and chocolate GF cupcakes, with either vanilla or chocolate frosting. We tried them all and they were very good for GF. The only downside are the to-go boxes for the cupcakes... The icing all got chopped off.

I loved the chocolate cupcake, but the white cupcake was made with bananas, which I am not a fan of.

Great cupcakes! White velvet was dense, (oddly I mean that as a good thing) and very tasty. I’d go back again

4 GF options white cake with white frosting, white cake with chocolate frosting, chocolate cake with white frosting or chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. The white cake and frosting was great! The chocolate cake was not good. Gooey. Wrong texture. Not awful. Just not good. Cupcakes were a little small.

The gf cupcake was dry and tasted horrible. The gluten free cupcake at Baked and Wired in Georgetown is fresh and not stored in a refrigerated case.

Delicious! I had the white (vanilla) velvet gluten free cupcake with buttercream frosting. Creamy frosting atop a moist cupcake. It hit the sweet spot without being too much. Their cupcakes are in the same case as non-gluten free. Associate initiated changing gloves prior to getting my cupcake.

I've had better...black velvet didn't have a strong enough chocolate flavor for me to really enjoy.

As a person who has to stay away from gluten and dairy it's pretty rare I get anything to satisfy a sweet tooth so it's really great to be able to have enjoy some cake! I am not a fan of their vanilla cake but their black velvet is great! I'm always shocked at how much I love the vegan frosting which is surprisingly light and creamy! I always make it a point to come here when I'm in town.

Delicious GF cupcake. I was a little nervous that they were kept in the same display case as the regular cupcakes. I had one anyway due to the reviews on this site. I didn't get sick!! And I got to enjoy a delicious cupcake too!

They had 2 kinds of GF cupcakes today. White red velvet and chocolate red velvet and both had your choice of vanilla or chocolate frosting. The frosting was yummy sweet and the cake was pretty good, not dry but not bursting with flavor. I was happy to get my sweet fix with my family in DC!

Had the chocolate and vanilla versions of the Gluten Free and no issues. I'm very sensitive and was excited at a great cupcake. Tender, fluffy, not a puck of dense bread. Love it, and will return.

One night they had run out of gluten free cupcakes, so I asked if anything else there was gluten free, and the clerk told me they had cookies that were. I bought one and then got very sick that night and the next day. It turns out they don't sell gluten free cookies at all. The clerk had confused "gluten free" with "vegan"!

The staff was knowledgeable, they offered a few vegan, gluten free cupcakes and they're open until 11pm! I loved the frosting but not so much the texture or taste of the cupcake. I appreciate the effort and its great when you're craving something sweet on the go.

Only 4 offerings (choc/choc, chock/van, van/van, van choc) but they are moist, rich and delicious buttery frosting. They put my GF cupcake in a separate bag from my husband's regular one without my asking. Near Metro Center station.
