Review of Red's Kitchen + Tavern

#glutenfree friends, do you ever cave and eat something you know you shouldn’t? I took my kids here. They loved it! I used to love it too (before I realized I had a gluten allergy). I missed eating there and recently saw they had #GF options here on the app. Sadly, I didn’t eat much of my chef salad but still had indigestion. I should have had the kale salad. With no grilled or fried components it might be the only Gf menu item safe from cross contamination. Reds has great portions, has been around forever, and is a good time. However, it’s not really #allergyfriendly. Their #Nogluten options might be ok for those avoiding gluten as a lifestyle choice but for anyone with #celiac or severe #glutensensitivity I’d choose another restaurant. Sigh.
