There are some GF items on the menu, but they are mostly naturally gf foods, like steak or rice bowls.
Staff was NOT knowledgeable or proactive about cross contamination. I informed them of my allergy and ordered a blueberry vodka lemonade. Apparently they got the blueberry puree and the blueberry barbecue sauce confused ????? My drink had barbecue sauce in it. They confirmed that the sauce was gluten free, and didn’t seem to understand why I was still upset.
I got sick that night. No idea if it was gluten or some bad shrimp (they tasted off and I only ate two) but it had to be something I ate there.

#glutenfree friends, do you ever cave and eat something you know you shouldn’t? I took my kids here. They loved it! I used to love it too (before I realized I had a gluten allergy). I missed eating there and recently saw they had #GF options here on the app. Sadly, I didn’t eat much of my chef salad but still had indigestion. I should have had the kale salad. With no grilled or fried components it might be the only Gf menu item safe from cross contamination. Reds has great portions, has been around forever, and is a good time. However, it’s not really #allergyfriendly. Their #Nogluten options might be ok for those avoiding gluten as a lifestyle choice but for anyone with #celiac or severe #glutensensitivity I’d choose another restaurant. Sigh. Miss you Reds! -Katie @bostonfoodtourist

I was there last year and was told there are no gluten free options. You simply have to leave off the bread and pasta. This restaurant should NOT be on this list. The food I had was amazing, but it's definitely not gluten - free - friendly.
I went in and was seated. no GF menu, no items marked GF, and was told they would have to ask the cooks, but could not guarantee that anything would be free from cross contamination.

Wonderful food wonderful knowledge about gluten free had an western omelette and gluten free toast
Typical accommodation by going without. You get to watch everyone else enjoy their much more interesting meals while you have a salad or broiled fish, or steak tips. Nothing special, just average.

The GF items (caution: this can mean they are gluten free or can be made gluten free by request) are clearly marked on the normal menu. They have quite a few options that we can eat! And their food is very good too!
