I went here twice within a few days and both times I made sure to mention ineeded to order gluten free. I was tagged both times. The second time (went for an event) I asked specifically if the chips had a dedicated fryer and was assured they did. I only had chips and salsa the second time because of my experience with the meal days before. I came down with the classic symptoms of gluten contamination. I'm not celiac, so I can only imagine how painful it would be for them! I do not recommend.

Only the on-line menu indicates whether a dish has gluten or not so I selected my entree, Ensalada de Fiestas, before I arrived at the restaurant. I added seared salmon to the dish. It was delicious. However, the menu says the tortilla chips are gluten free but when I asked our server if there's a dedicated gluten-free fryer, she said no. So either she was misinformed (based on the other review here) or it isn't safe. In either case, I'd stay away from anything fried there.
Note: I have silent celiac (no symptoms) so I can't report on whether I was exposed to gluten.

Beware! Many of there items are marked GF but are not! Anything with mole sauce is not GF but are marked as such! Seeing as how much of the menu isn't labeled correctly and not all the staff know that I'd be very very cautious eating here. The next day after eating here, and I'm not feeling well even though I was informed the dish I ordered was supposed to be GF. Definitely won't be back.

My go to place for gluten free and allergen dining. Also the blueberry basil margaritas are yummy!
