We were here in a weekend. The staff was kind and knew a lot about celiac. They had a special kind of butter homemade glutenfree. There was glutenfree bread available. The fries are dedicated glutenfree. The Meat was well prepared. Nearly everything on the menu could be adapted to become glutenfree. We had no stomach pain afterwards so There was no cross contamination I suppose.
