Staff wasn't sure whether they had a dedicated gluten free fryer and only listed glove changes as the cross contact procedures that the kitchen follows. Opted to play it safe and just ordered the brisket and pulled pork tacos with Pico de Gallo. Both meats were very tasty but I would have appreciated the staff being more knowledgeable on gluten free protocols.
