Food was pretty good. But, portions are quite small and it is pricy.

Update: During the time of coronavirus, I feel compelled to say that the owner is against masks and won't enforce mask wearing. So be careful if you decide to order food from here.

Dedicated gluten free facility for food. Awesome for my celiac wife, who can eat comfortably. A little pricey, but the extra bucks are worth the food security. Most dedicated gluten free facilities around here are bakeries, but this is an actual restaurant with yummy food!

Revolve is a dream! I feel so safe and taken care of here. It’s one of my top 3 favorite restaurants! The ambiance is sexy and clean, the food is top notch and impressive and EVERYTHING is gluten free, made with the best, highest quality ingredients. My favorite dishes are the short ribs, the meatloaf, bacon wrapped dates, fish tacos, stew and chicken sandwich. But really, everything I have is good. The desserts are out of this world- especially the brownie with caramel and ice cream!

Loved coming to this place! I’m from out of town and was so excited to try this place and it did not disappoint. Excellent service, drinks and food. My boyfriend and I came for lunch and left very happy! Had the French toast and bacon and avocado eggs Benedict. Very delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone- gluten free or not!

What a gift to find this restaurant! Our almost three year old has a recent celiac diagnosis and for the first time in months I finally felt normal and relaxed - knowing she had food she could safely eat (and enjoy!) we will be back for sure. Delicious menu, great happy hour, great service. Thank you so much. We need more restaurants like these!

It's great that all menu options are gluten-free and celiac-safe, but the prices are high. I would rate it "$$$" or "$$$$", not "$$." The food was good (especially the dessert), and the wait staff didn't have any issue with leaving out the bacon in my avocado toast to make it vegetarian. However, the service was very slow. We, a party of 2, were the only patrons for a good portion of our brunch, and the wait time was still very long, especially given that we just ordered avocado toast with hash on the side. I am also fairly certain that I made it clear that I wanted the sweet potato fries as a side, but I was brought the rutabaga hash. I won't be eating here very often, due to the priceyness. There are cheaper and better celiac-safe options in the area.

The food there was amazing! I was so happy to order off a menu without having to ask the waiter if it was gluten free menu or not. I got a great burger, lemonade, and steak fries. I would totally go back again although the service was a little slow. Double thumbs up!

The food was good, and well priced given the quality of ingredients and compared to other similar grain free places. I did not get sick and ate some of their fried food. However, do not go in if you are in a rush. They were empty at lunch and it took 45 min for my meal to arrive and I was mostly ignored by the waiter. At dinner they asked us to wait at the bar for a long time. Not sure if the kitchen is that small or if they were trying to sell more wine. Both times I was on work business and not drinking.

Dedicated gluten free facility. It’s great being able to order anything off the menu. The service was a little slow, but the food was good. They also had a good selection of healthy meals. (Lean protein with at least two servings of vegetables)

I am beyond happy to have finally tried Revolve. I was greeted and welcomed so warmly. The bartender was amazing and well the food was beyond incredible. I had the special of seafood cakes with yummy mango salsa, sweet potato mashers and garlicky green beans. Just amazing! My new favorite! And they participate in many delivery services. So excited to have them in Bothell.

Gluten-free, grain-free, Paleo-friendly fine dining. Pricey but delicious. They can't guarantee all of the alcohol is celiac-friendly due to limited labeling requirements for alcohol, though some of it is. Everything else is all celiac-friendly. The eggs Benedict at brunch are great, and my husband loves the root veggie hash. The mango-habeñero soda sounds weird but is actually very good. Overall a bit pricey, good for a date but probably more than you want to spend for kids. Having said that, we went there for Father's Day brunch with all four of our kids, and the restaurant did great at making it wonderful for everyone. If you order the Paleo pancakes for them, it's kid friendly but too small for kids over age two or three to share.

Revolve is an awesome grain free restaurant in Bothell. The mocktails were amazing and I want to go back to try them all, plus the cocktails and organic wines. This place is definitely unique and you won't find food like this anywhere else. It was delicious and just as appealing to look at as it was to taste. My husband and I shared a chopped salad, which they split for us and it still looked beautiful. I had the bacon wrapped prawns and my husband had the grilled chicken skewers. They were both so good so we ended up sharing. Then we had the fruit crisp for dessert. Super good and not overly sweet. We will be coming back to try more. Everything is gluten free which is important for me having Celiac.
