Ordered through the app and opted for the chicken breast over a salad. Not too fancy but it was somewhat affordable. Choice of dressing.

Can easily do burgers gf, chips are gf naturally and the only thing in the frier. Staff are knowledgeable and happy to answer questions, and food was really good.

I ordered the chicken burger with a gluten free bun and it was awesome! The chef came out to double check it’d be okay. The fries were AMAZING! Honestly some of the best fries I’ve had (I’ pleasantly surprised for a theme park)

This place was good. It was a treat to find fries from a dedicated fryer. The GF bun was great- does anyone know the brand they use?
Food was great! Fries are made in a separate fryer and are so addictive! I got a burger and they had the gluten free buns. They flagged my food for an allergy and were very knowledgeable.

Great experience here ; get in line to sit down and order thru the app. Make sure to acknowledge allergy when ordering thru the app. This was no hassle at all, and easy to understand. Severs brought food directly to our table. Please understand that this entire theme park is busy and things take time. Burger with GF by. was pretty good. Fries were okay but had a dedicated fryer. Chocolate shake was good too

We went for a Halloween Horrors Night. Since our options were limited because of the celebration and there was a lot to do we decided on what should be a safe and fast option. What a big mistake! We were low on battery and while the app download was ongoing (which is mandatory to order) the phone died on us. Not one of the 7 waiters and staff that we asked for help was of a mind to do just that. Nobody knew what to do in this case and that rang a lot of bells for me. If you can’t handle something as simple as a manual order your staff lacks knowledge of the business. We weren’t able to order and had to leave to find some other place with a gluten free option. So keep this in mind if you plan to go there. We remembered Finnegan’s and went there and everything was OK.
Had to order using the Universal App, but was able to select an Allergy option which alerts the staff to take extra precautions when prepping. Ordered a burger and fries and had no issues whatsoever.

Ordered a gf burguer and it was nice. It came with fries fried in a dedicated fryer. The kitchen is crowed, but the gf items are cooked by a dedicated person. Aside that it is crowed and there could be mistakes they manage appropiately gluten free issue

We went for lunch a couple days ago and felt SO safe!! We mobile ordered (lets you skip the line and grab a seat, would recommend!) and selected the allergy option. A manager came out to discuss the allergy with us after placing the order, and a chef brought the food out. He said he made it himself, certified GF! They took it so seriously! And the food was tasty!

Food was delicious but I was unwell after. The GF bun was in a separate packet and only fries are in the fryer but the server told the chef it was a gf order rather than allergy. I don't think their gloves were changed. Think I was unfortunate as it has very good reviews usually. My advice would be to reiterate coeliac and insist on a glove change.

They only do mobile ordering for their dine in service, so we ordered a vegan burger with fries and subbed the gf bun and added an allergy note. No one checked with us prior to the meal, but when they brought out the food they said they had dedicated fryers and a chef had hand made my burger with clean gloves, clean area, clean equipment. The burger and fries were very tasty and I felt confident they took the necessary precautions for us.

Great service throughout Universal. I love a good burger so this place was extra enjoyable for me. Dedicated fryer, personal preparation for my GF meal. Separate delivery from the rest of my group. Excellent.

We had a great experience! They have gluten-free buns and fries are the only thing cooked in their fryer. The chef spoke with me and prepared my meal in a separate area from the other food. I had the chicken sandwich, and my family loved the burgers.

We ate lunch here during our Universal trip. My daughter had a kids burger with gf bun and fries. The cashier was knowledgeable. There is nothing fried in the fryer besides French fries. My daughter has Celiacs and had no issues afterwards.

my daughter is not celiac, but they took precautions. fries are gf, not a shared fryer. they offer Udi's buns, which are ok, not amazing. also offer chili cheese fries, a non breaded chicken sandwich and a non breaded chicken salad. gloves swapped and served on a different tray than the gluten burgers.

I let my server know I had a gluten allergy and the chef came out to go through options with me. The restaurant has a designated fryer for their fries and the chicken salad and dressing were GF. The food tasted excellent. The chef checked on us several times! Very nice man!

I informed the worker about my “severe gluten allergy” and she immediately brought out the lead chef who told me everything she could make gluten-free. I had a grilled chicken salad which was absolutely amazing!! Confident about the cross-contamination prevention measures they take.

Got sick eating here. Got a burger on a gluten free bun and fries. Had the exact same meal from other restaurants in the park and never had a problem.
Dedicated gf fryer! The fries are actually really good. That's all I ate, but they do have gf buns for burgers, and there's a chicken salad on the menu.
I spoke with one of the lead chefs about having celiac disease & she personally handled my food from the time I ordered until it got to me. I feel great and had no issues! Would come back again.

Staff seems knowledgeable. The gf bun was very good and they have dedicated fryer for fries. The fries seasoning salt is not gf so they leave it off. All in all - a great experience.
