Ordered the white rice, black beans, plantains, and yuca with mojo. All tested GF with my Nima sensor & delicious! I told them about my gluten “allergy” and to fry my plantains separately and not to deep fry them to prevent cross contamination. They were understanding & accommodating.

Outstanding Cuban food! I've never had a bad meal there, been at least 5 times. Never got glutened there, they are very careful about cross contamination. Fried plantains for example, once took a little longer than other orders placed at the same time, they explained it was because they use fresh oil to avoid cross contamination. That happened once when we were there for a large party.

Absolutely amazing food, atmosphere and service. The staff is friendly and knowable about celiac disease and gluten intolerance. If you want a great night out, I highly recommend this little gem. Ask for Rudy. Our waiter was Roberto. Both were very helpful.
