I got the Birria tacos and was violently sick w/ my head in the toilet within 2 hours. Scarred me so bad that I haven’t eaten Mexican in months!

The chips are NOT gluten free. They are fried with other breaded products. They do have some gluten safe options though. Salads are very big and filling. Most of the tacos are gluten free. They have a section on the menu that are just meals and a lot are gluten free. They also have build your own rice bowls that can be completely gluten free.

I went here after reading the previous reviews that it was a good gluten free experience. However, when we got there my server informed me that there was not a special fryer dedicated for gluten free things (including the tortillas chips) and that even though the tacos were technically made with gluten free ingredients, they used all the same ingredients for gluten free food and food with gluten so the risk of cross contamination is very high.
I asked about a few things on the menu, none of which they could make safely. Our server was very kind and went to the chef to ask what my options were. They ended up suggesting one of the salads. It was actually quite good, but if you are someone who doesn't like salad you would have not had a single option there.

Asked the server if the birria tacos were gluten free and they were. They have corn tortillas for all dishes and the birria tacos came with a consommé that surprisingly did not have flour in it so overall very good.
