I'll preface by saying that they are AIC accredited and are incredibly safe.
But the service and attitude was the worst we were treated on our whole trip, which in a way is kind of funny because this was the only place we made reservations for. We had reservations at 8pm, got seated right away, got our dinner order put in, and got our food very quickly. They went over the GF menu with us and told us about their precautions.
The food tasted... good. It wasn't well seasoned, but it wasn't BAD. Compared to everything else we had on the trip, it was lackluster for the hype and amount of recommendations. I had a calzone and my husband had a regional steak.
We weren't the only tourists there, but they seemed annoyed with us the second we came in, and we were completely ignored after our food was brought out. We were so excited to try cannoli for the first time and had mentioned that to our server, but every time we tried to get her attention to get dessert, she'd walk away quickly.
After 45 minutes of trying to get dessert, I just went to the front to pay. It was a bit heartbreaking as we had been looking forward to trying this place.

They are very aware of cross contamination and they have 2 kitchens.
99% of the menu can be coked gluten free and it is just fab!
Every time we have to celebrate something (bithday, anniversary, any party...) we go there and we have never been disappointed!

Nice Restaurant in quite area of Rome, AIC (celiac italian association) certified, so it offer the highest safety standard. The whole menu van be served GF and almost all can be prepared lactose-free as well. Good taste, grilled steaks are very good as well as fried typical roman startene. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. No dedicated Parking, but you can find some places in the streets around or walk from closest Metro station (~15 min). Good place to go for a pleasent dinner or lunch

Très bon restaurant avec une carte entièrement GF. Malheureusement il a du y avoir une erreur dans ma commande car j’étais malade après avoir dégusté ma pizza (sans gluten et lactose) commandé.
Amazing restaurant, dedicated gf menù, a lot of gf options and great service, also safe for cross-contamination, it’s AIC (italian celiac association) certified

"These were the best pizza and dessert we ate during all our time in Rome!"
From all of us, they get an 11 out of 10 😃

This place is very gluten free friendly! They have a separate menu and there is a variety of Italian dishes. I was torn between the pizza and calzone. I went for the pizza with mushrooms and Gorgonzola. It was wonderful! All gluten free dishes are served with a flag. I saw several dishes throughout the restaurant with this flag. Anyway, I had to try dessert and I had a deconstructed cannoli. It was heavenly!!!

Wow, we were really impressed with this place! The service was so kind and helpful, even though it was clearly not a tourist place. The menu is only in Italian and it is packed with goodies! There are so many GF options that you could eat here for weeks and have something new every night. We had the GF gnocchi Alfredo, GF bruschetta, pizza, linguini carbonara, and a steak. Everything was great. I have never had GF bruschetta in a restaurant. I never expected Italy to be the place where I could get GF food easily. I definitely recommend Mangiafuoco!

One menu: two kitchens. Go at night for the pizza. Fantastic. Our favorite carbonara. Also really like the supplì, fried zucchini, and croquettes. Make sure your dish has a gluten-free flag on it.

They have wide selections on gluten free menu. My son has nuts and gluten allergies, they understand it and prepare the meal per our request. Very delicious!
