I went to this restaurant because the only dedicated gf restaurant in the area was closed. While the food was delicious, it was definitely not celiac safe. I asked if the gf waffle is cooked on a separate waffle iron and they said no. When asked what precautions they take to avoid cross contamination in sandwiches they said they put their bread on a piece of paper while roasting and assembling. There is no separate prep area and all the toppings and condiments are shared with gluten food so there is a high percentage of cross contamination. I did end up eating the breakfast sandwich I got and I definitely got sick from it. I would not recommend this place for people with celiac.
