Basically any meat that's non marinated is gluten free, so I just had my friends eat non marinated stuff with me first, then when I got full I let them just cook whatever they wanted. Felt fine after, just make sure your party is cool with you cooking the GF stuff first. They'll probably swap out the grills a few times too which makes it easy.
