Staff is very knowledgeable. I indicated Celiac Disease on the reservation and when we arrived they immediately asked if cross contamination was an issue. I said yes. We sat at the bar and the two of us each had our own sushi chef so mine would not be cross contaminated. Talk about service! We felt so taken care of. Mostly it is swapping out soy and ponzu sauce for tamari but they also make some other substitutions so you enjoy the same experience as others. They even have delicious and safe dessert. Will def be back.
