Ordered a salad off the gluten free menu. Server forgot to enter it in without croutons - which she admitted. Came out with croutons all over. Asked if I can have the salad remade because I have celiacs and will get sick if they just take off the croutons. Came out with a “new” salad but got very sick that night so don’t think they actually remade it.

Usually when I go to restaurants and mention that I cannot eat gluten, the staff make some effort to help me find a reasonable meal. This was not the case during my last visit. They have a very short gluten sensitive menu and only one gluten free beer. The waiter did not appear to have any idea of what gluten free meant. He asked me if I wanted french fries with my bunless burger. When I asked if they were cooked in the same container as gluten containing food he simply said "They could be." So I ended up with a small bunless burger, small side dish and two tiny scoops of plain vanilla ice cream for dessert. Also I had to ask about the ice cream since the desert menu the waiter handed me had all gluten containing items.

Not gluten friendly. Has a gluten free menu but very limited - basically burgers with no bun or a one entree which was dry with burned broccoli. Only alcohol was Angry Orchard. Plenty of other gluten friendly restaurants in walking distance from this one. Don't bother here.

Chef came out the second time I was there and made a pasta dish and subbed pasta with steamed broccoli. Delicious! Really Appreciated it. No celiac reaction.

We have multiple food allergies. This establishment has always been great with any requests (they will even bake French friend instead of frying them!) and since everything is made in house, they are confident with the ingredients lists. They do not have a dedicated gf menu though.

They recently updated the menu and no longer have a gf menu included. We were told we could just do a lettuce wrap instead of bun.

The current menu states there is a a gluten friendly menu available but the staff said this was eliminated. I would not trust their regular menu.

Came here because of the reviews and online says they have a gluten sensitive menu - they’ve gotten rid of their GF menu and don’t even have rolls. Wouldn’t recommend.

Gluten sensitive menu online is wrong. Was told I could get a sandwich with a gluten free bun. Everything in fryer is cross contaminated. I got a cob salad. Server did understand cross contamination and was helpful

I was here with a group of friends. The waiter was not knowledgeable about celiac or cross contamination and didn’t know there was a separate menu. It said on the regular menu that they had a “gluten sensitive” menu so I asked to see that. But even that said right on the menu that their food was not safe for celiac or serious allergies so I didn’t order anything. I do appreciate the franchise’s transparency about not being safe though, so that I didn’t risk it.
