Called to confirm how the pizza was made. The toppings are shared with their regular pizzas. They use the same ladles to top a regular pizza and then they use it on the gluten free pizza. This restaurant is not Celiac safe due to Cross contamination.

The gluten free crust tastes pretty good - not so sure about cross contamination, as my stomach was cramping shortly after the meal. The actual food was not good and our family of 9 all went home hungry as it was inedible. A 10" pizza costs $16. The food all tasted like it had been frozen. We waited an hour and 10 mins for food.
Very knowledgeable about cross contamination - dough is prepared in a separate space, pizza is cut with a separate cutter. They even had a different person carry it out!
I'm a super-sensitive celiac and I didn't get an ounce of pain with this yummy pizza!
As a note: our waitress advertised that they had a new gluten free hard rootbeer. My bs meter was ticked, I looked it up and it isn't gluten free according to the manufacturer's website (they use malt). A regular customer told them they drink it and that's why they got it in stock. She asked if Angry Orchard was gluten free, we confirmed that we drink it all the time. She offered to have a delivery driver run out to get it!

Wow were they friendly and very accommodating. we went at lunch time which is usually buffet and they made me my own $17 pizza, but allowed me the salad and drink and charged me the normal $9 buffet price. They even let me take the leftovers!! The pizza was delicious! My gluten eating husband said it tasted like a normal thin crust pizza.
I have several GF pizzas here and they are always yummy and always are cleared by my Service Dog ! 😊

Had one of their personal sized pizzas (10 inches) with the Gluten free crust and it was amazing! Loads of toppings, crust was moist on the edges and held up well to the toppings.
