THEY ARE NO LONGER GLUTEN FREE!! I recently went to dinner with my wife at Macaroni Grill (June 2015). To our surprise we were told that the restaurant has discontinued their gluten free menu and no longer provides any safe items. As a diagnosed Celiac that has been a patron of Macaroni Grill for several years, I was disappointed. I recently went back another day to politely speak with a manager in hopes I might learn their reasons for discontinuing the GF menu. I was told that they were not in the business of catering to "fads"!! I was dismissed as if I was an annoyance and health / safety was a fad. I will never again give my business to this establishment regardless of whether the GF menu returns!!

Walked in last night and asked the greeter for a gluten free menu and was told they did not have a gluten free menu nor gluten free options available. Very Very disappointed since the Romano's near us does have a gluten free menu and caters well to celiacs.
Hoping this was just a very untrained (new) person but could not take chance and we dined elsewhere.

general mgr very knowledgeable, including about safe wines (staff trained for food but not wine-if you are very sensitive like me). take many precautions including separate dishes, cookware and serveware..its the most comfortable I will ever be with someone else making my food.
GF menu with many GF options. The GF pasta is delicious!
Yes
Our waitress was super knowledgeable about which dishes were gluten free or not. She was recommending me some dishes and even said they had gluten free penne! So I got gf penne with their pesto and roasted chicken. It was delicious but about 1-2 hours after, I felt sick. Bloated, congested and nauseous. I had no appetite for about 10 hours, which is very unlikely because I’m a snacker. It could’ve been cross contamination but I’m not sure because I didn’t ask. It’s also kind of hard to eat at places like this where mostly all of their dishes contain gluten (besides their fish/steak) :/ but overall customer service was great but I wouldn’t recommend to eat here if you’re in the mood for pasta.

The food was great, the staff was knowledgeable about what food was gluten free (all penne). They were very accommodating. The gluten free pasta serving size is 1/4 the size of the normal pasta serving size for the same price.

Unfortunately they were out of gluten free pasta and other options are very limited especially for a picky eater who just wanted Mac and cheese.

Currently they do not have GF pasta options. However staff were knowledgeable about GF & cross contamination. The caesar salad w/out croutons, with chicken or shrimp is very good. Grilled salmon with side of spinach instead or orzo a good option as well. The service was excellent.

As of 7/21/22, they did not have gluten free pasta as an option. Although the macaroni grill website appears to show gluten free pasta available, this location said they didn’t have any and offered no explanation.
