The staff was horrible . They took over an hour to take our orders . The gluten free pasta tasted disgusting . Staff had no education and waitress bad mouthed the cooks . Will never go their again .
We were glutened here.
I explained to the waiter that my daughter has celiac disease and needs to be gluten-free. We discussed the GF menu and I made sure to clarify that the cooks use different utensils, etc. The waiter was fully in-the-know. I ordered GF pasta and a side of broccoli for her. It came, it was the best darn GF pasta she ever tasted! I thought to myself they really need to sell this! Then as she was eating the broccoli, there was a spaghetti noodle in it. I complained about the noodle to the waiter, and he did offer to bring out another order of broccoli, but the damage was done. She didn't eat the noodle, but cross contamination. And then I find out that the pasta itself wasn't actually GF pasta either. No wonder it was so good. She was puking by the time we got home :-(

They discontinued the gluten free pasta the last time I went.

Service is hit or miss. Get a manager involved in your order. Make sure they know to cook GF noodles in clean water. (I've had bits of gluten noodles mixed in with my GF.)
Our waitress was super knowledgeable about which dishes were gluten free or not. She was recommending me some dishes and even said they had gluten free penne! So I got gf penne with their pesto and roasted chicken. It was delicious but about 1-2 hours after, I felt sick. Bloated, congested and nauseous. I had no appetite for about 10 hours, which is very unlikely because I’m a snacker. It could’ve been cross contamination but I’m not sure because I didn’t ask. It’s also kind of hard to eat at places like this where mostly all of their dishes contain gluten (besides their fish/steak) :/ but overall customer service was great but I wouldn’t recommend to eat here if you’re in the mood for pasta.

The food was great, the staff was knowledgeable about what food was gluten free (all penne). They were very accommodating. The gluten free pasta serving size is 1/4 the size of the normal pasta serving size for the same price.

Unfortunately they were out of gluten free pasta and other options are very limited especially for a picky eater who just wanted Mac and cheese.

Currently they do not have GF pasta options. However staff were knowledgeable about GF & cross contamination. The caesar salad w/out croutons, with chicken or shrimp is very good. Grilled salmon with side of spinach instead or orzo a good option as well. The service was excellent.

As of 7/21/22, they did not have gluten free pasta as an option. Although the macaroni grill website appears to show gluten free pasta available, this location said they didn’t have any and offered no explanation.
