It has been said that the label “Pizzeria” is not adequate to describe the culinary experience awaiting you at the Rooftop. Our contemporary dining room takes you to San Francisco or New York, and our patio perches you in position to watch the street life below or take in a spectacular Santa Fe sunset. From the first bite of our thin crust gourmet pizza you will be one step closer in your quest for pizza perfection. But pizza is not the only delicacy on our menu – start your meal off with an interesting and delicious selection of antipasti and salads – and our lasagna and pasta dishes are wonderful as well. Our wine list features over 20 wines by the glass and we have some of New Mexico’s best microbrews on tap along with other quality beers. Take the elevator or climb the stairs to the top of the Santa Fe Arcade shopping center – on the Water Street side – come up to the Rooftop!

Went to this restaurant tonight as my daughter is celiac. She ordered the GF pizza which unfortunately had a really thick base and a very odd taste. She ate about 2 bites before declaring it the worst GF pizza ever. In their favour the rest of the family had good Italian meals and they refunded the cost of the GF pizza which I thought was really nice.

Food was delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. Wish there was a little more cheese on the pizzas to hold the toppings on!

Being GF for more than a dozen years, we always support restaurants that offer a GF menu. This guy needs to do some more research on making GF crust. Over the years we've eaten many a GF pizza. Most of them good, some of them a swing and a miss. This one was a serious strike out. The crust was thinck and doughy. GF flour is heavy and requires longer cooking. But, it goes beyond that. Even my cheese was thick and hardish. I am wondering if this was a premade frozen cheese pizza and they just added the extra toppings before throwing it into the oven briefly. It was so bad, that we literally scraped our toppings off the crust and ate just the toppings (though we both were in need of something to take the after taste out of our ouths after we left). The thing that bothered us ost is that the OWNER walked past our table more than once and saw what we had done and never querried us. If the man was truly interested in serving the gluten free community, we are the people he needed to ask. We are not new to being GF, nor are we rarely eat outters/ Before we went GF we were, simply put, foodies. This is a place to avoid if you have celiac. He clearly is just going with the current fad of gluten free dining, no real care in providing a good meal for those of us who truly need the GF meal.
