Rosalita's Backyard Tacos

Called the restaurant. The person working had no idea what celiac disease was even when I explained it was gluten free. She would only tell me about the beans even when i asked about other dishes (I think she confused with vegan???). Regardless, she said everything is cooked on a shared grill with flour tortillas. So not safe for cross contamination

— Poor

Great food but no dedicated fryer and the host couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination. If you are a true celiac who can’t do cross contamination, don’t eat here. If you want to casually avoid gluten enjoy the tacos!

Delicious! The chips are fried in a fryer that’s dedicated to corn products only. All of the tacos are GF and the staff was very knowledgeable about items that aren’t - quesadilla and burrito. I did not get sick.

The tacos are so good! The tortillas are corn and they’re amazing. I had the smoked pork and the brisket. The menu is pretty common sense as far as what is and isn’t gluten free. The woman at the counter didn’t really know how to answer if it was gluten free but she was able to tell me what was in it so I could determine for myself. Also the watermelon margaritas are worth it!
