Cashier printed the gluten free menu for me right at the register. Staff was very helpful and glad to answer questions. Food tasted great! I am not celiac, just have gluten intolerance, but I felt fine after the meal

I am not sure who suggested rosas as a gf establishment. You should know the beans and rice are fried in the same fryer as sopalpillas and taco bowls- both flour tortillas. Same for the chips and taco shells. I guess if you do soft tacos, you might be safer there. However, the fajita seasoning has msg and I’m not sure about their taco meat or shredded chicken. Guacamole and queso aren’t made in house so you would need to ask about those ingredients.

My mom and I both have celiacs, and neither of us have ever been sick eating there.
I eat here often and the food I order is gluten free. I always get the 3 taco plate with rice and beans. I think that’s the only GF item.

I ordered a Mexican plate after consulting the gluten free menu. I got glutened…. Not super bad but definitely some cross contamination.

Manager knew how to print out allergen menu. Staff were accommodating but uneducated.
The enchilada corn tortillas are dipped in fryer oil so ask for it to be dry.

I went in, expecting there to be gluten free options because I saw a good review on here. I went in and the guy at the counter had zero idea what gluten was- said maybe I could eat beans and salad and laughed at me asking about gluten free options. We left without ordering.
