Are here twice this week while on a business trip. The first night, the waitress told me to “avoid flour”. Fortunately the manager came out to help me order and I had a good salad. The next time I went back with a different group, I wanted to order the same thing but asked for the manager, when the waitress seemed confused by my questions. The manager helped me place my order and she had them bring me baked chips, pico and guacamole. Overall positive and safe experience, just ask for a manager

The manager came out to assist us with celiac appropriate food- she was very knowledgeable. We had baked chips, chicken and steak fajitas, corn tortillas, rice, and beans. Guacamole, sour cream, pico and shredded cheese accompanied the fajitas. The fajita seasoning could not be used, just salt and pepper. The cheese dip is not gluten free. Delicious meal with wonderful staff.

Excellent food and service. I’m celiac and did not have any symptoms after eating here. You need to talk to a manager for accurate information, but I got baked chips, pico salsa, and chicken fajitas. Huge portions and very tasty.

There’s no GF menu. The manager will come take your order, however, they give you no information. It was a guessing game on my part and the manager kept telling me they couldn’t make what I asked about GF. Very frustrating and a terrible way to do business. I finally found something they could make GF (beef enchiladas) and they were delicious.

I stopped here with a coworker after flying into the area. We enjoyed margaritas and some good company. I am both GF and DF, all special dietary food is ordered and delivered by a manager. I was giving baked chips and a pico to enjoy. I ordered enchiladas and everything came out warm correctly the first time. The food was good, the service was good, and the manager handled my order..

I loooove their tamales so much! The first time I called they immediately knew what I was talking about and knew about the menu very well! I’ve heard they will make separate chips but I’ve never had a bad reaction to the chips I get with queso. Love them!

Chips, rice, salsa, and cheese dip all have gluten. They do offer baked chips but essentially nothing to dip them in except guac. Ordered a chicken burrito with a corn tortilla and it had no flavor since there was no cheese or salsa.

Based on the reviews here, we decided to visit Rosie’s on a recent trip to Huntsville. I asked our server about the baked chips and she asked me if I was gluten or dairy free. I’m both. A few minutes later the manager came out and thoroughly walked me through the menu. I literally teared up. In the 3 years since my Celiac diagnosis, I’ve not had many experiences where a restaurant was so knowledgeable and shared with me all of the things they would do in the kitchen (changing gloves, separate cooking from other dishes, spices withheld). It was an excellent meal, and I had zero issues.

Waiters aren’t aware of gluten free items- manager comes out, but it felt so rushed. I wasn’t explained all my options and some they were unsure. Manager didn’t seem happy to have to come answer questions. Overall they just seemed unsure and I was told different things about some items. Once after asking a few times, it was finally clear and I was satisfied. The food was delicious. They were extremely busy, so I’d assume this was the main cause of all the confusion.

It’s a busy place! Experience exactly as expected from the previous reviews. Manager came and took my order. Baked chips offered and they were ok but just to have an option is nice. I had chicken fajitas. Delicious.

Came here last night for the first time since being diagnosed with celiac. The manager and staff were very knowledgeable about proper protocols. My food my wonderful and I did not get sick!! I am eating here again tonight!!

As others have said, they take celiac very seriously here. The second I mentioned it to my server, she went and got the manager, who knew everything about gluten on the menu, and took my order herself. She even told me which dishes COULD be gf, but wouldn't be as good. I had chicken tomatillo enchiladas (they come in corn tortillas), and they were excellent. Highly recommend this place.

Great experience! They take Celiac very seriously. The manager takes your order. You get the baked chips, not fried. All the food was amazing. We got tacos, fajatas, and enchiladas.

I love Rosie’s! I have been here many times. I am a celiac, and they offer baked chips and salsa for those who are eating GF. Also, the manager comes and takes your order. They walk you through any item on the menu you can order, and they can generally tailor any dish to be made to where it’s safe. My favorites are the shrimp fajitas and the beef enchiladas. Also, the margaritas are safe-my favorite is the mambo taxi.

The food is excellent and they take care in ordering and prepairing for celiac.
The choices are somewhat limited but overall it was good.
They understood celiac and brought out baked chips for me and fried for everyone else. A manager came and took my order and asked if I had celiac or it was just a preference. Had a margarita, fajitas with corn tortillas and the baked chips & guacamole, didn’t get sick

We eat here several times a year. They have the best fajitas, and will make them gluten free if you request it. We have never had any issue with the food from here. For takeout, you can call ahead and pick up curbside. Highly recommend them.
