Many GF options. Staff at the L’Enfant location looked bored and were rude, so made me a little worried about cross contamination, but I didn’t get sick.

Love Roti! It’s like a Greek version of chipotle. So delicious! Just make sure you make staff aware of cross contact concerns. Gf pita is a real treat.

Going in, I was worried about cross contamination from the couscous on the line and all the pita the staff handle, so I told them I had a bad gluten allergy and asked if I could get ingredients from the back that hadn't been exposed to gluten yet. The manager was very kind and knowledgeable: she washed her hands, changed her gloves, gave me a bowl from the middle of the stack instead of the top where it might have gotten exposed, and was the only one who handled my food start to finish. I got the signature rice plate, which has all gf ingredients: rice, chicken kebab, hummus, tomato and cucumber salad, roasted veggies, and roasted red pepper sauce. They didn't have any tomato and cucumber salad that hadn't been exposed yet, so the manager offered me double veggies instead...fine by me!
I will say it was celiac friendly, if you know what to ask for. Delicious, healthy, filling, no reaction! Overall, a great place to stop for lunch in DC!
Yes
They did a great job keeping my meal separate from the others. The workers immediately changed gloves when I said I was gluten free and had a single employee take my bowl down the line. Great food too
Yes
Everything is labeled (GF and V) and workers were happy to change their gloves when I asked. Be careful with toppings around the couscous because I did find a few grains in my dish.
Maria is awesome. everyone nice and aware. falafel and cuscus are NOT GF.... 4 gf people total /2 celiac children. one extremely sensitive. yummy.
Yes
Gf pita and quite a few options. I've eaten at this location numerous times although I think i had a reaction once. celiacs use caution
Their gf pita is delicious. They wrap in foil to avoid cross contamination. All menu items except regular pita and falafel are gf. Always tasty.
let me started by saying they have a GF pita. when I walked up I asked and they said they did so I ordered that. I asked if the falafel was gf too cause I am vegetarian. the guy said it was so I continued down the line and then a lady said it wasn't they all went back and forth for a little bit and came up with the final decision that it wasn't gf. so because I didn't want just rice I walked a way. it could be a fine place if you eat meat. I will not be back.
Manager was helpful and they had a clean, separate area to make my salad. Delicious.
Don't do it!! I got gluten here!
No
some of the staff knew where the GF menu was. I wasn't too confidant, but then the one who seemed to know suddenly 'clicked' into GF mode & I felt better about it. Mediterranean grill items, almost everything was naturally GF.
Totally delicious and also gf Pita available

gluten free and clean eating dream! I’m wheat intolerant and they informed me that I most likely only need to avoid the chickpea salad and the pita bread (obviously).

They have gluten free Items listed! Food is amazing. Cross-Contamination is possible. They have GF pita bread! But beware that getting regular pita bread is likely if ordered for delivery, especially if you ask for no pita bread. I suggest going in and taking out!

Grabbed takeout here and it did not disappoint. I visited about 1 hr before closing so they were out of a few ingredients, but portions were huge and I felt safe.

This restaurant is like Chipotle for Mediterranean food. There is only one item on the menu with gluten, pita bread. Quick and yummy.
