Asked about dairy free and gluten free. She told us what we could have. Had a sample of Horatcha and German Chocolate. That's what I had. Husband had the chocolate pistachio.

It was yummy. Satisfied my craving.

They are always happy to check or something is gluten free or not. They have a book with the flavors ingredient list and allergens. They train their staff very well. Not to mention, the ice cream is delicious! Love the coffee and cream and for a vegan flavor get the German chocolate. Love that they also have rotating seasonal flavors!

Staff is knowledgeable about allergens. I asked about gluten free, and she said they change gloves and get the ice cream from a fresh container in the back. It only took an extra minute to do it. It was so good!

Awesome icecream I get the vegan ones and they use a new scooper for me everytime.

All but 3-4 of the flavors are GF. They will start a new tub at your request. I had the coffee flavor and an orange soda and they were both very good!
