They told me they were very careful for celiacs but I got sick here. Do not recommend. I had a salad with salmon on top.

These people are incredibly helpful and want to help feed people gf safely. They even took a photo of the box for chicken tenders so we could read the ingredients. Big smiles all around!

Gluten free is marked on the regular menu, but I felt a reaction after eating the chili. I mentioned having celiac, but suspect they’re not great with watching cross contamination.
No
specifically told the server we had celiac, ordered from the gluten free menu, and reiterated gluten free. first course brought out with regular bread. all trust lost. manager apologized, but we can't risk a reaction.
ordered GF was brought out regular menu items, this place was very good, but seems to really not care anymore... we will not be back!!

If you are GF or not, and looking for a great place to eat lunch, you MUST try Royal Street Cafe. We have been vacationing in Park City for years, and always make it a point to visit this restaurant. Lovely and beautiful scenery greats you as you dine near the chairlifts and mountain. A covered patio really makes the experience even more special. I ordered off the GF menu, and so did my husband (he is not GF, but we wanted to share our meals). We shared the Chinese Chicken Salad, as well as the Turkey Bacon sandwich on toasted Udi's bread. Delicious and well worth the higher prices.
The maple bacon bison burger on gluten free bun with parmesan fries was great. Perhaps a little pricey but it is mountainside Deer Valley.
High quality pub food with dedicated gluten free menu and GF-trained servers
