Rudy's is my go-to place for wings. They have gf wings on the menu , which are breaded and boneless. However, their regular wings are also gf. Unlike many places that deep fry the wings, where you have to worry about shared fryers, these are safely oven-baked and perfectly crispy. They come out plain with sauces on the side so there is no shared container that any non-gf items may have been tossed in. The gf pizza is also good but I always come for the wings.

When I inquired about the gluten free pizza I was told how it was cooked and cut. He definitely takes the precautions for celiac. So very grateful. And I didn’t get sick.

I called before ordering delivery. They said the cook the GF chicken nuggets on GF pans and in a separate oven. I also ordered a GF crust with vegan cheese pizza. They told me they have GF pans for GF pizzas and cook in separate oven. I was told they would take extra precautions and change out gloves and utensils. I did not get sick. Will definitely order from here again. -very sensitive ceiliac
