Their bowls are definitely gluten free if you specify for the sauce and have them steam your veggies! If you get fries, you will be getting cross contamination, but i have never asked for them to be fried separately, so not sure if they will accommodate that.

If you're in the mood for a rice bowl, then this is a place to go. They have gluten-free teriyaki sauce, and the staff seems knowledgeable with gluten-free food. It is recommended for those with celiac disease to have the vegetables steamed. The only reason this place did not receive five stars is the extremely limited selection of food for those with Celiac disease. They do not have a dedicated menu but you will not get any funny looks from the cashier if you ask about the gluten-free options.

The employees knew what was gluten free and what wasn’t. They were very helpful.

I always get the rice bowl with mango chicken and veggies. They give you enough food for at least two meals and they almost always have a BOGO coupon if you sign up for their emails so it ends up being like $18 for two rice bowls and a drink (which is enough food for 3+ meals). I do tend to be very paranoid about the sauce here though. They have regular teriyaki and gluten free teriyaki and I just can’t trust they’re giving me the right one. I wish they would mark it or something. I usually order my food without the sauce and then ask for a side of gluten free sauce when I pick it up so that I can watch them pour the sauce and make sure they got the right one. Overall though I’ve had good experiences here and they even have gluten free Rice Krispie-like treats that are SO good!

We eat here regularly. They have a gluten-free teriyaki sauce if you ask for it. we always get the white rice, grilled teriyaki chicken and steamed vegetables. Always consistent and super tasty!
