It may have been out of an abundance of caution, but they said all they could do gf was sashimi, rice and salad without dressing. I got that and it was really quite good, especially since they had rice vinegar and sesame oil that were gf to season the rice/salad. I brought my own tamari. I was pointing at the lunch menu not the rolls section so it is possible they do have other gf options and thought I only was interested in sashimi, chirashi, etc. Said they were not sure on the miso soup so I avoided it.
We love this place and go there every time we are in the area. They have the best fish in the SC Mountains. I don't think they have GF soy sauce so you have to bring your own but unlike most sushi restaurants they have half a dozen or so rolls that are GF so it's always a treat to go there because we rarely find a place with trustworthy rolls! It's also nice that the menu lists the ingredients.
