I didn’t get sick! The menu was a little confusing so I asked questions. The waiter didn’t have all the answers but talked to the chef and made arrangements for me. I had the tilapia, which is breaded, and fried plantains with mango sauce (more like salsa) from their lunch menu. I was concerned that the breading would have gluten, so she offered to have the tilapia grilled instead. When my meal arrived it had breaded tilapia, and she assured me the breading was safe, and it was. I thought the food was a little bland, which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars. The service was good.

Fantastic food. Amazing flavors and textures. The plantain chips are a great starter. GF is marked right on the main menu with many excellent options. I’ve been coming here for years and NEVER had any reaction. I am celiac and very sensitive to any gluten. I travel the country and always look forward to a Wichita trip for meals at Sabor. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious. The service was superb. Gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu. I had the polenta tower and it was amazing. I had zero issues. New favorite restaurant in Wichita for me!
