Safe & Sweet

I went here on a cross-country trip hoping to get a safe gfdf meal. Alas, they are a keto bakery and restaurant, not an allergy friendly one, so every single entree had dairy in it. I got a set of ginger cookies made with natural sweeteners so I could eat something (because they were one of the only dairy free options in the whole place), and those cookies were really good though quite expensive. I then had to head somewhere else to find an entree.

Delicious and totally gluten free. I literally cried with happiness! You can order cakes and dessert trays on website. Plenty of sweet treats. Many options for dairy free as well!

I went way out of my way to come here while in PA. So, while the items are gluten free, the sweets in my taste are uneatable. The cream is sickly sweet like from the alternative sweetener. I tried to doughnuts, brownies, cupcakes, muffins. The muffin was ok, the other items we couldn’t eat. The savory stuff is really good however. I got the garlic knots and they are great. So, unless your used to almond flour sweets with the sickening sweet flavor I’d go for the savory. It’s pretty expensive. I got a few things and ended up spending $60 basically to eat 6 garlic knots. I wish I’d tried the take home meals, I bet those are great

Staff is super friendly and gave great recommendations! The donuts and cinnamon rolls were delicious!

Delicious food! We’ve tried several of the baked goods, and the take home bake meatloaf. Everything is gf, so there is no risk of cross contamination. They even have a few hot lunch specials each week.

Although there is a vendor in Central Market who will carry some items, they had a new lication.

Lots of goodies. So far I liked the pumpkin rol best. Ordering a tray for the holidays
