This is not a gluten free restaurant. Pasta is not gluten free and the staff seemed unaware to make any changes or suggestions for an allergy. I ordered the burger with no bun and chips. With the salads the staff was unaware if the salad dressing was gluten free.

Sage is a great place to go for a quick lunch. If you are visiting St. Louis, this is literally right across the street from the Anheuser Busch Tour Center. They have a pretty nice GF menu and are pretty good with substituting items. Definitely recommend.
