Knowledgeable and very friendly. Great food. They prepare gf foods in a separate area and the gf menu is large. Would recommend.

Lots of GF options- I don’t know what their protocol is but myself and my son are celiac who react to cross contamination and eat here often and have never gotten glutened. Their gluten free pizza is some of the best I have had and much better than the over-rated Crozet pizza. They don’t have their full GF menu online yet, but they do have one in person.

I ordered a grilled chicken parm sandwich, and to be honest, the GF bun was so good I worried they had made a mistake. I will definitely be back! They cook their fries in a shared fryer, so I stayed away from those.

The best GFree pizza I've had anywhere. Server asked questions about my level of sensitivity. Chef prepared crust on clean surface and did not use shared utensils she said. Will certainly go back. Also GFree sub rolls and pasta. Cider available.
No dedicated space or process for gluten free based on what the server said. We were also overcharged for our pizza, and they wouldn't fix the error.
I do have celiac, and I didn't get sick after eating there, but I ordered just a pizza that was less likely to have as much cross contamination.

Sick before we left the parking lot. Definitely NOT celiac safe. Waitress was very nice and did seem to understand cc. Cashier was next to pizza station running fingers through hair when we were leaving, so apparently they don't care what ends up in your food!

Extensive GF menu with GF buns for burgers, sandwiches and cheesesteaks and GF crust--even noted which items were in a shared fryer! We had a GF pizza and it was delicious.
We've been eating their gf pizzas for a couple years, but we just realized they now have a full gf menu- with lots of great options, including pasta, burgers & subs with buns and more. We love Sal's!

Gluten free pizzas, pasta, entrees, sandwiches and even ravioli! Delicious.

So delicious! Can get about anything made gluten free here, just make sure you ask! And they're super friendly!

The gluten-free pizza here is excellent and the staff are knowledgeable about cross contamination, and unlike many gluten-free pizzas, it doesn't hit you too hard in the wallet! Definitely a pleasant surprise in a great area of Virginia.

Nice to sit down a hole in the wall style pizzeria and order gluten free food! I had a cheese pepperoni and garlic gluten free pizza and was impressed. Gentleman taking orders was very kind and seemed to know his regulars well. They do a good job of showing their claim on the gluten free menu that it is not a dedicated gluten free facility, but as a celiac, I did not get sick here.

The most gluten-free friendly restaurant in the Charlottesville area. The food is ok, but is appropriately priced as a result. They carry the two best gf beers (Estrella Damm Daura, Omission) and are very good about cross-contamination.

Great gluten free pizza and wings with plenty of other menu options. Gf beer and cider. Family friendly. Fast and attentive service. Great spot! We will be back!
Wonderful gluten free options. Excellent wings (though you need to ask them to fry them in a pan to make sure it isn't cross contaminated - they are fantastic about doing this), pizza and they just got ravioli!!!! They are big and really good ravioli. Love this place and wish I lived closer. :)

awesome gf dinner for kids and adults, very friendly.and celiac aware!
My favorite gluten free pizza in all of Charlottesville! Delighted to have it in Crozet!
Delicious gf pizza, beer and other dishes. Great to finally have it available in Crozet. Gotta try it!!!
