Very good food!
Sadly our servers have never been very versed on Celiac and I’ve gotten cross contaminated multiple times!
Granted I’m super sensitive, so if cross contamination is not an issue, absolutely delicious food!

We found out after 2 years of coming that they only have one fryer. We ask every time we come about gluten allergies and if the kitchen knows how to handle it. Obviously not as great as we needed for our celiac kid.

This place has amazing quality fresh food!

GF food is delicious! I am giving 3 stars because they DO NOT have a dedicated fryer for their homemade tortillas.
There are limited options from the Mexican menu. I ended up having ribs. Waitress was not very informed about Celiac or gluten and could only repeat what was on the menu. My meal was then delivered with the glutinous side and had to be sent back. While they do have gluten free options I could not in good faith say they are gluten friendly.

Food tasted fine, but I got pretty sick.

Food was excellent!! Better than that was the service!!! My wife has Celiac and because of cross contamination she was unable to enjoy the chips and their trio of guacamole, mango habanero salsa, and queso. But our waiter decided to save the day by taking tortilla shells and putting them on the grill!! So in the end she was able to enjoy the trio!!! It's the little things like this that matter!!!! It's too bad there isn't one of these Mexican restaurants back in St. Louis!!

Delicious food and good service. Seemed quite knowledgable, haven't gotten sick.
Staff is very friendly, and it is safe food to eat...however, the food is extremely bland. I mean, like, the kind of bland you have to work at to achieve. Please don't come here expecting good food. Safe food for your allergy and a really friendly staff, yes, but tasty food, no.

Great food and a great GF menu- lots of options. The staff was great; if we had a question they checked with the kitchen and didn't show any irritation or seem at all put out to do so. We will definitely be back!

Allergic to corn. When ordering fish tacos waiter brought lettuce for wraps. Very thoughtful to bring substitutes when I didn't ask!

Wow!!! They were amazing. I told the hostess I was celiac and I was greeted at the table by the manager with a special menu. I have NEVER had such great celiac service!!! 5 star!!!! Oh and I got a free gluten free marg...winner!
I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered the fish tacos from the gluten free menu and it arrived on flour tortillas. I hag to send back wait 20 minutes for new tacos and then was charged twice for the tacos. Had to get the check fixed but waitress not very amicable.
The general manager was so accomadating to my daughters food allergies, which she has many, and personally made sure she loved the meal! Best costumer service! Can't go wrong here!!

establishment has a gluten free menu with a gluten free 20% off discount day, and that would be Wednesday, if you're wondering. service was great! the chips and salsa were really delicious, they were really fresh and the salsa had a lovely lime flavor to it. the gluten free menu had a few items on it, so I didn't feel left out at all.

The food is amazing and fresh. The staff really knows the menu and the alcohol, so that there is no cross contamination.

Great service. Good was awesome. Even my husband didn't mind. Too loud for my kids though
I'm new to being gluten free with celiac disease. Me and my boyfriend went here yesterday at the powers location in Colorado Springs, and it was one of the better experiences I have had. I told the waitress I was gluten free and she was kind to tell me the chips were not gluten friendly. She also made sure to tell the kitchen I am GF, and they made my corn tortillas on a separate surface dedicated for GF items according to the waitress (I ordered the fajitas). I was pleased to hear that they are gluten friendly and they even have a GF menu on the back of the menu. They also asked if it was a preference or an allergy. I would definitely go here again.

So far I have not gotten sick from eating here. The waiter remembers us when we come in and gets me a separate thing of salsa with corn tortillas as the chips are not celiac safe.

Not celiac friendly. I love to support this and other local establishments, and the food is delicious, however my confidence has eroded after my son and I opened our takeout containers to find unwrapped flour tortillas (instead of wrapped corn tortillas) on top of our food. Called and talked with a manager who gave us two options: comp the meal or get a replacement. I chose to go back and get replacement dinners (the rest of our family had begun to eat at that point), and no discount/comp was offered even though I had to drive back to the restaurant to get our do-over dinners. Very disappointing resolution to the problem. After years of dining at the Dublin location and others, I’ve decided to take it off the “safe enough” list for me and my celiac son. This is not the first time I’ve been glutened at Salsa Brava. Very sad.

I went to the old location by Briargate and the food tasted fabulous. This time, my first time at their new location. All new wait staff. My carnitas were overcooked and had no flavor. I did not get sick but was disappointed in the flavor of the food. Also they only margherita they can do gf now is the skinny girl...not the one I wanted.
