Wheat Allergy

I have a wheat allergy so I can start feeling the effects of even cross contamination within a few minutes. I started feeling a burning in my stomach after eating a few of the free chips/salsa and when I asked, the waitress said they were fried with all the flour things so I would stay away from the chips/salsa. I have loved the Birria tacos here before my diagnosis and was very happy to learn that they are pan fried and I didn’t feel bad after eating them, so I would say I could safely eat it again and I certainly will. Also highly recommend the spicy salsa here!

No allergen list or GF menu, but it's your basic Mexican food. I wouldn't call it celiac safe since I'm pretty sure there will be cross contamination in the fryers. I usually order fajitas (no tortillas) or nachos at Mexican restaurants and I'm okay. Had the nachos today and no issues.
