Gluten free bread for their sandwiches was delicious! I got the grilled cheese and they alerted me that the crispy shallots would be fried on the same fryer as everything else, so I left them off.

They have Separate prep areas, change gloves and everything. The bun is locally made and delicious. I had the bacon egg and cheese which comes with a brûlée’d grapefruit. Big fan!

Specify celiac and they know what to do.

I had a delicious Il Posto sandwich on tasty GF bread (only $1 extra, which is not bad at all considering how much extra you pay for GF bread at most places). Vibe was great and staff were super friendly. Very happy we found this place, would highly recommend!

Food was excellent. Had sandwich and a salad. Several gluten free options. Gluten free bread is available and they can prep gluten free sandwiches on dedicated space. Very knowledgeable about gluten.

The owner was there and explained everything, explained the meat they use, they cook so he was able to list all the ingredients (I am allergic to corn and wheat and nuts), bread they have local gluten free (not corn free). It is very expensive, 4 sandwiches with drinks and a side was $78. But you pay for quality in this case. It's made all in front of you so you can be nosey.
