I went to salt creek tonight and was a bit confused. I got the french dip sandwhich and asked for the gf bun that everyone had been talking about. Our server alerted us that the bun is a hamburger bun which was great but when my food came, it wasn’t on a hamburger bun. It came on french bread which didn’t look gf AT ALL. The bread had small sprinkles of flour on it. I ended up eating half the sandwhich with the bread that I wasn’t sure was gf or not. I notified our server that I didn’t think the bread was gf but she told me the kitchen verified that it was gf. I feel a little sick but i’m not sure if that is because of the bread or not. I will post a picture of the bread but if it was gf bread, it was really good.

I just ate here this past week, and got really sick. We ordered take-out, and I don’t think the person on the phone alerted the kitchen. They do have many GF items on the menu, though, so it might be better to eat there in person so you can make sure the staff is aware.

Udis gluten free bun. Lots of gf options!
My son and I ate here and it was delicious! Gluten Free options are clearly marked on the menu! We had the bacon wrapped stuffed shrimp and it was amazing! I finished with a steak. Everything was amazing and I didn't get any signs of being glutened
We're both very sad that Salt Creek Grille eliminated the wrapped salmon dish, which was their best GF (and dairy-free) option. The service quality has always depended on the know-how of the server, even now that the menu has GF markup.

upscale restaurant that has gluten free labels on the regular menu. There are many delicious gluten free options and they are careful when preparing meals.

Awesome GF menu... Love the portobello mushroom dish. Had the ahi last night and it was delicious. Wish they had a GF steak option, though!
They are very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. They went over all of the menu options and precautions they take in the kitchen. They have a dedicated fryer for the fries! I’ve eaten once in the restaurant and three times for takeout and haven’t gotten sick. Very nice staff.

Loved it here! Most entrees were gluten free and they were super accommodating with my GF/DF son. They also have a dedicated gluten-free fryer for fries and GF bun for burgers. They were weak on GF appetizers though.

They have done an outstanding job with allergies and making sure everything is safe. The manager is very well equipped and the staff has been trained well. For those with serious allergies she appoints the elder waiters and waitresses who have been well trained and working with people with allergies to those tables. I get the half roasted chicken and French fries. They have a gluten free fryer using only Canola oil and only the fries go in and nothing else. Fries are hand cut. I also get the grilled romaine with chicken too. Everything was great! I love going here and has become one of my staple safe resteraunts.
