I walked up to Salt Lick with the intention to grab a quick dinner before my flight. I know their menu in their Round Rock location is all gluten free minus the bread. I asked the cashier at the airport location to leave the bread off of my 2 meat plate. She immediately asked me if I was gluten sensitive or allergic. I told her that I was. She explained that the prep area in the airport location is near the bread. She instructed the man preparing the food to be careful with my allergy. He changed the cutting board, his gloves, and his knife before preparing my plate.
