Though the menu doesn't appear to be gluten free, the chefs can make most items GF! I had a wonderful waitress who was knowledgeable and showed me that most dishes on the menu could be made to be GF. I was nervous about soy sauce and gluten that could be hidden in the dishes, but again was assured that everything (including the sauces) would be gluten free.
I ended up sharing the pan fried sesame noodles, Waygu ramen, tuna poke, and brussel sprouts with a friend. She didn't even notice that the meal was completely gluten free! Everything was delicious, and most importantly, safe for me to eat. I'll definitely be back.

Had a lovely experience here! The waitress seemed knowledgeable and reassured me that my meal would be prepared as safely as possible. She marked on a menu all of the items that could be made GF, I had the vegetable fried rice and the Szechuan beef ramen with rice noodles! Food was delicious and I haven’t gotten sick
