The supreme pasta with Zoodles was incredible. The server was very knowledgeable about what is GF and even gave great suggestions. The gumbo was a nice treat as well.

I was really excited about eating here after seeing all of the great reviews. I ordered to-go, and was very clear about the severity of my reaction to cross contamination. They ensured that they could accommodate. Unfortunately, there were bits of gluten-full noodles in my shrimp and broccoli stir fry, which led to a very comfortable (to say the least) rest of the day. Would not recommend at all if you are celiac or very sensitive.

Salute is a wonderful place to eat if you are gluten free. They have options stated on the menu. The wait staff take it seriously and are knowledgeable. They are one of my safe go to places.

Absolutely the best seafood and pizza in town. My server was super helpful the menu was clearly marked (GF) and easy to understand. There was a ton of variety!! It was hard to make our choices. Save room for the Amaretto Chocolate Bomb. It’s the only gf dessert, but it was AMAZING! My son and I shared it!! The gf pizza was so yummy that hubby (not celiac) ate it willingly!! We had such a great experience that we went back once more before our trip to Gulfport was over!

Best gluten free pizza around! Staff is very knowledgeable and will check with chefs before placing orders to insure safety. They have tons of other options as well. Worth the visit for sure.

They have a large selection of gluten free. Cauliflower pizza was excellent and gumbo was perfect. They even have a gluten free chocolate bomb for dessert. They have a wide selection and were knowledgeable about GF

Excellent food. I have Celiac. I have had the cauliflower pizza (very good), salad, vegen hamburger steak plate (very good). However, on the menu it says the grilled chicken or shrimp marsala is gluten free if grilled, but I got really sick. They must use flour in the marsala sauce. I would highly recommend this restaurant, just nothing with a sauce.Update: I recently had the vinaigrette glazed chicken and it was delicious and no stomach pain. The waitress informed me they have gf buns. We are going back to try a burger.

Best experience ever at an Italian restaurant with so many gluten free options! My boys had the most delicious cauliflower crust pizza and my daughter and I had the special of the day which had shrimp and salmon served on a bed of zoodles! They even brought my daughter a delicious GF chocolate lava cake! It was an amazing experience. We can’t wait to go back.

The staff were respectful when I told the, about my gluten intolerance. They made sure my food was free of stuff I can’t have like bread.

A lot of the menu can be modified to be GF. All the sauces are GF, and zucchini noodles are offered to replace pasta. The only place on the Coast that offers GF gumbo. And it’s great!

We had lunch at Salute's 3 times in the last month while in Gulfport for business. I can always count on a safe, delicious meal. On behalf of many, many gluten-free diners we appreciate you giving us a wonderful, quality dining experience.

Good selection of Gluten Free items. Waiters were knowledgeable about how to manipulate regular menu items to accommodate GF needs such as subbing rice for pasta. I hope they will have an option for zoodles or a GF paata soon. I enjoyed the GF gumbo.

I learned about this restaurant offering great gluten free meals from the MS Gulf Coast Celiac Facebook group. I'm so glad they told me about this place. i finally have s safe Italian restaunt on the MS Coast to enjoy!

While they don't yet offer gluten free pasta, the rissoto is awesome. I had the Mahi Mahi grilled and on top of the rissoto with white wine sauce and marinara. my friend had the gluten free chicken Florentino with the rissoto. The waiter said they have a great chocolate dessert that is gluten free but we were too stuffed from the risotto and our entrees. The tomato cream soup is also excellent.

the manager told me they serve Celiac daily and go out of their way to prevent Cross contamination with items containing gluten. I highly recommend this restaurant -- and let's keep on them about adding gluten free pasta to the menu!
