We stopped for lunch on our way home from a trip. The service was stellar. The servers know the menu inside out. They could tell me what was safe for folks with Celiac disease and how to order.
I had the spicy shrimp pasta, and hubby had chicken picatta. Both gluten free so we could share.
The spice in the shrimp was *perfect*. You knew it was there, but it wasn't the center of the dish. The chicken was tender and moist and the flavor was spot on.
The chef came out and talked with us, and let us know he's experimenting with making a gluten free lasagna using zucchini.
This will become a favorite stop on road trips!
