We stopped for lunch on our way home from a trip. The service was stellar. The servers know the menu inside out. They could tell me what was safe for folks with Celiac disease and how to order.

I had the spicy shrimp pasta, and hubby had chicken picatta. Both gluten free so we could share.

The spice in the shrimp was *perfect*. You knew it was there, but it wasn't the center of the dish. The chicken was tender and moist and the flavor was spot on.

The chef came out and talked with us, and let us know he's experimenting with making a gluten free lasagna using zucchini.

This will become a favorite stop on road trips!

Ate here for lunch. The staff was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free. I had the build your own pasta with chickpea pasta, meat sauce, chicken, onion, button mushrooms and cremini mushrooms. It was delicious and the portion was really big. I had plenty to go!

Such good food waiters informed about allergies. Everything is marked and the pasta is so good. Didn’t get sick and would go back again.

We are in Ozark for my great niece’s wedding. Salvatore’s came up on the app and had great reviews. I need gluten free, but no one else in my group does. Items on the menu were clearly marked as being available gluten free. All sauces are gluten free, and there is a choice of chickpea pasta or zucchini pasta.I ordered chicken parmigiana. It was served without the breading, of course. It was very good. My brother-in-law had the regular chicken parmigiana and ate every last bite! The bread looked and smelled delicious, but was not gluten free. My sister had a chicken parmigiana panini that was huge! She could only eat half of it. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free needs and was very helpful. I would definitely eat here again if I am ever back in Ozark!

I was recently diagnosed with celiac. My family gave Salvatore’s a go for gluten free and I had the chickpea pasta, white wine vinegar and chicken. The waitress asked me if it was preference or allergy and when I said, allergy she made sure that it was cooked separate and let the kitchen staff know. I was appreciative of how much care she put into it. The pasta was fantastic.
