I was recently diagnosed with celiac. My family gave Salvatore’s a go for gluten free and I had the chickpea pasta, white wine vinegar and chicken. The waitress asked me if it was preference or allergy and when I said, allergy she made sure that it was cooked separate and let the kitchen staff know. I was appreciative of how much care she put into it. The pasta was fantastic.
