Amazing food and very celiac friendly. We called ahead and the waiters told us what was gluten free and were very accommodating to our needs. They warmed the soft corn tortillas separately for us, confirmed that the beef was gluten free and were careful throughout the meal. Corn chips are not gluten free. It was the best meal we've all had in a while and I highly recommend.

Visited here and asked if their beef, rice, or beans contained any flour and their response was "Yes", which I felt was just a blanketed response. This tells me there are no efforts made to avoid cross contamination and/or the owners of this restaurant just don't care enough to make an effort to at least TRY to offer something that is gluten-free. Taco Bell has more options :-(

Santiago’s thickens their green chili with flour, and they don’t have separate fryers or surfaces for gluten free items. If you do go, you can get tacos on corn tortillas, but beware of cross-contamination from grills and food prep surfaces.
