The gluten-free pizza is pretty good, but I thought it was too much to charge an extra $5 for a GF dough.

I’ve been told by the staff on a number of occasions that a celiac shouldn’t eat anything on the menu because the kitchen prep area is small and the air is full of wheat flour.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
I’ve never gotten sick from Saraghina and their crust is like no other. It’s absolutely ridiculous that it costs $5 extra though. The gluten tax is real. The chocolate mousse for dessert is AMAZING. Small menu so not much besides pizza and a few apps but even just getting a drink and dessert there is worth it.

Careful! Gluten free crust not safe for celiacs! They cook it directly in the pizza oven with their regular gluten pizza (no separate surface) with the misconception that the “hot oven makes it safe from cross contamination (not true, of course).” Sadly, they refuse to use a separate pan or cooking surface even when requested. What a waste of a homemade gf crust!

The gluten free crust is very good, but I was glutened the second time I went. First time was fine though, unsure what happened in the back to change the outcome.
