My celiac partner and I had such an atrocious experience here. It was just so insanely bad it's unreal. This is one of the worst restaurant visits we've had in many years, and we didn't get glutened. Here's why. We stopped here because we were on the way to an event, and saw this place had good reviews. We were served our drinks and my coke was definitely watered down. It was even gradient in color. Fine. We ordered and our food came relatively quickly. I ordered the salmon dish. I took a first bite of the vegetables and they tasted fine. I took a second and I tasted pure vinegar. I didn't touch the vegetables after that. My fish was discolored and bland. I ordered a buttered potato and I was given butter containers. My partners steak dish was a different story. That one was just inpalatable. The steak was definitely microwaved, and weirdly seemed boiled. It was incredibly soggy and lukewarm, impossible to chew, but came on a very hot plate. We paid $32 dollars for this dish. We would have wanted something that was NOT microwaved. I need not to say that the sides were bad too. I then ordered another coke and that one tasted different... more coke- like and not as watered down, but still at a softer gradient. We told our waitress about the steak, and asked her if it was microwaved. She said she would check for us, and was gone for 25 minutes. And mind you, we were trying to make it to an event, so we would try to flag people and they just avoided our table. The waitress came and said the steak was not microwaved (BS!) and she was allowing us a free dessert to make up for it. This was great and all, but I would have preferred our money back for something we literally could not stomach ourselves to finish. We accepted machine and they were definitely expired. Only two of them had the mochi consistency, and most were discolored and freezer burned. We ended up not finishing those either. We took a few bites and spat them out. Overall, we had a horrible experience here, did not get glutened, but still spent the rest of the day with stomach aches and a lost appetite.
