Nothing labeled on the menu, but the server was super helpful and able to walk me through the options. Can’t have the gyro meat, but most everything else is ok. Everyone enjoyed. Would go back for sure.

Spouse is celiac and was happy to find a Mediterranean restaurant. However, it's a blend of Mediterranean and middle eastern food, leaning more towards the middle eastern.
My wife had the mixed kebab plate with premium rice (added veggies). She had no issues whatsoever. The manager was very knowledgeable about the ingredients, and steered her away from the gyro meat as they use wheat flour as binder. Highly recommend.

So glad that Roswell now has a Mediterranean restaurant in town—and that it has great GF options! They’re not marked on the menu, so I asked the server, who checked with the chef. “Gluten friendly” options included the hummus (without pita), falafel, and chicken shawarma bowl (including the sauce). The gyro meat is not GF. Everything was delicious and I didn’t get sick.
