Wow, I finally know what its like to walk into a bar and have OPTIONS! (FINALLY!)
The staff is super well-informed about their ciders and very careful when it comes to preparing and serving any food to avoid any cross-contamination. After visiting with an employee I learned that one of the founders of Saro was diagnosed with celiac's which then inspired them to start exploring a bunch of diverse flavor profiles and create something that is both an accessible and exciting alternative to craft beers. The atmosphere is really welcoming and intimate, and appeals to a wide spectrums of palettes as far as their ciders and cocktails go. 10/10 I would totally recommend checking it out!
