I got to meet the owner and he said to me, and this is a direct quote “the only way to do gluten free food is to make it for people with celiac”. AMAZING. He said his daughter has severe celiac so he totally understands and is super careful and thoughtful about other allergies too! He said he doesn’t have any nuts in the kitchen (I would still make sure about that but that’s what he said!) and they make everything in house so they know every ingredient that goes into the food and will let you know what’s in the food if you have other restrictions!! He also said when it comes to making things separate or in a dedicated fryer, he just doesn’t make two sets (for example) of fish n chips , he just makes it all gluten free! Pretty much all the food is safe you just have to make sure to get a gluten free bun, no wafers on the banana pudding and ask for no oyster crackers with the clam chowder. I had a lovely experience and felt so safe eating whatever I wanted! Truly a breath of fresh air. (Your experience may be different if you don’t meet/speak with the owner but the food is gluten free and safe in my opinion and I am super super sensitive) Oh and I have no idea about the alcohol because I’m pregnant and don’t really like alcohol anyway… sorry!
