Great experience and good food. They have a gluten free menu that they change seasonally and I was told that when an allergy gets rung up everyone changes gloves and cleans all surfaces. I had the butternut squash soup (amazing) and scallops. Didn’t get sick and would definitely go back!

Excellent food and fantastic service. Menu has gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options. We had appetizers, drinks, dinner and dessert; all great!

Staff was very accommodating about options for GF and select DF. They have a special allergen menu with options for each but not one for multiple allergens. I had to still do some flipping of menu and ask many questions and still make special requests. However, they were offered and fulfilled graciously, at least as far as the waitress goes.

As first time guests, we tried the roasted mushroom flatbread as an appetizer and it was really good. Meal was a bit pricey but good. We would go back.

Many, many options on a GF menu! They call it “Gluten Sensitive” because there is a chance of cross contamination, but menu states that dishes do NOT use gluten containing ingredients and, as you can watch the kitchen work through the glass, obvious steps were taken to reduce/eliminate any cross contamination. The Head Chef/Kitchen Manager will not hesitate to send a dish back if he feels it is not suitable to be taken to the table. They have fresh, seasonal dishes- Menu will change seasonally. Amazing food- lobster flatbread, roasted cauliflower, sea bass with snow peas and black rice, cherry cream brûlée. Flatbread contains no Xanthan Gum. Staff was accommodating, informed and caring. Manager came to our table. I’m an extremely sensitive Celiac and did NOT get sick. I will eat here every time that we are in Memphis! For a restaurant that is not a dedicated GF facility, they do 100% better than most at efforts to eliminate any cross contamination.

Ordered a flatbread and a New York strip off of the "gluten sensitive" menu. The meal was delicious, but I unfortunately became sick.

Excellent meal. Excellent service. Large GF menu and they understand GF very well. They have delicious GF flatbread that everyone else enjoyed too! I got the one with roasted mushrooms—but looked at the one with lobster— sea scallops were grilled perfectly. They had a GF dessert—cannoli filling in a small shooter. It was good too. Lively bar area. Reservations necessary for after 7 dining.

Nice gluten "sensitive " menu. Server was well informed and added allergy to ticket to request careful kitchen preparation. I had the beef chili with cilantro sour cream . It was delicious.

I would suggest informing server if you have celiac.

Excellent gluten free menu. One of my favorite places. It's the only place I can eat flatbread because of their gluten free crust.

Great food, plenty of options for gluten free. Really enjoy the flatbread appetizer that was made with gluten free crust. Wonderful wine selection to choose from and pair with several options.

They have a gluten sensitive menu and lactose sensitive menu. The food was delicious and our waiter made sure my food was gf/df. Also the manager Marcus was a gem!!

One of my favorite lunch and dinner options. The chicken GF flat bread and asparagus soup today were delicious. Staff is patient as I double check to be certain delivered food is indeed GF.

First time out to dinner since Celiac diagnosis. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. The plank salmon was amazing as was the Caesar Salad. Thank you Jordan for a memorable first night out!

Good experience

Clear GF menu and servers were knowledgeable. The manager also came over to reassure us that our dishes would be under the chef’s supervision to avoid about cross contamination. Our entrees were delicious (shrimp / trout / salmon). Great experience.

I love Seasons. They have the GF menu with suggested replacement options and a wide variety of dishes to fill up on. I love the GF lavash (sp) cracker and lemon humus
