I tried their GF rose sauce(frozen), tortelloni barrata(frozen), and short rib ravioli (fresh). Cooking instructions are right on the lid and the cook times were perfect. I had gotten away from boxed gluten-free pasta and this was a welcome return! The owner is a chef in Philadelphia and his wife is Celiac. Their store is divided into two sections and one side is gluten-free only. They have limited hours for now but I will definitely go back.
